Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) to support implementation, configuration, enhancements, and production support initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CPQ business processes, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, commerce, approvals, and integration with CRM/ERP systems. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle CPQ processes. 
• Conduct requirement workshops and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Configure Oracle CPQ modules including:
  1. Configuration 
  2. Commerce 
  3. Pricing 
  4. Quoting 
  5. Approvals and workflows
  6. Documents and templates
• Design and configure product models, attributes, rules, constraints, and validations. 
• Configure pricing logic, discount structures, price books, and approval rules. 
• Configure quote-to-order and sales processes within Oracle CPQ. 
• Work with stakeholders to define and optimize Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes. 
• Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents. 
• Support integration requirements between Oracle CPQ and Oracle ERP, Salesforce, CRM, or other downstream/upstream applications. 
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, data mapping, and customizations. 
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and go-live activities. 
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues. 
• Analyze business processes and recommend CPQ enhancements and improvements. 
• Prepare user guides, training materials, and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions. 

Mandatory Skills:

• Oracle CPQ – implementation, configuration, enhancements, and support  
• CPQ Configuration & Product Modeling – attributes, rules, constraints, and validations  
• Pricing, Quoting & Commerce – pricing logic, discounts, price books, and quote-to-order  
• Approvals & Workflows – approval rules and business process configuration  
• CTO & Q2C Processes – Configure-to-Order and Quote-to-Cash  
• Oracle ERP/Salesforce Integration + Testing – functional integration support, SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and go-live support
