Job Summary:
Radiance Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle CPQ implementations, customizations, integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud, BML, Commerce, Configuration, and integrations with ERP/CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions.
- Work on end-to-end Oracle CPQ implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain BML scripts, Commerce processes, Configuration rules, and workflows.
- Configure product models, attributes, pricing, rules, BOMs, and approval workflows.
- Develop integrations between CPQ and Oracle ERP, Salesforce, CRM, and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and technical defects.
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide ongoing production support.
- Work with business and functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Prepare technical design documents and support SIT/UAT and deployment activities.
- Optimize existing CPQ configurations and improve system performance.
Mandatory Skills:
- Oracle CPQ Cloud – implementation, configuration, customization
- BML (BigMachines Language) – strong hands-on scripting
- Oracle CPQ Commerce – processes and customization
- Oracle CPQ Configuration – product models, attributes, rules, BOMs
- Pricing & Approval Workflows – configuration and customization
- Oracle CPQ Integrations – especially with Oracle ERP and Salesforce/CRM
- REST/SOAP APIs – CPQ integration development
- End-to-End Oracle CPQ Implementations – including enhancements/upgrades
- Production Support & Troubleshooting – defect resolution and root-cause analysis
- SIT/UAT & Deployment – technical support through testing and deployment
