Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Techno-Functional Architect with 10+ years of experience in CPQ, CRM, and enterprise application architecture. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud, solution design, integrations, configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes. The candidate will be responsible for leading architecture, implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives while collaborating with business stakeholders, sales operations, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle CPQ implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.
- Conduct business requirement workshops and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Design scalable Oracle CPQ solutions aligned with business processes.
- Define and optimize end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
- Work closely with Sales, Pricing, Product Management, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Configure and support:
- Product Configuration
- Pricing & Discounting
- Guided Selling
- Quote Management
- Approval Workflows
- Commerce Processes
- Contract Lifecycle integrations
- Drive solution governance and best practices.
Technical Responsibilities
- Design and implement Oracle CPQ technical architecture.
- Develop and maintain:
- BML (BigMachines Language)
- Configuration Rules
- Pricing Rules
- Commerce Rules
- Approval Rules
- Advanced Configurations
- Lead integrations with:
- Salesforce CRM
- Oracle CX Sales
- Oracle ERP Cloud

- ServiceNow
- Other enterprise applications
- Design and support:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Middleware Integrations
- Support data migration, deployment, and environment management.
- Troubleshoot performance and production issues.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle CPQ Cloud experience.
