Founder & CEO
Sulabh Shrivastava is the Founder and CEO of Radiance Technologies, leading the company's vision in enterprise technology and solutions. His expertise includes Supply Chain & Demand Planning, Production Scheduling, Manufacturing & Distribution Solutions.
Before founding Radiance, he held leadership roles at NTT DATA, HCL Technologies, Hitachi Consulting, TCS, Wipro, and ISRO. Sulabh holds Master of Management from IIT Bombay and a Bachelor of Engineering from Vikram University. He also founded OmSeva, CSR initiative which supports senior citizens through compassionate care & community engagement.
Ajay Dixit
Chief Technology & Product Officer
Ajay is the Chief Technology & Product Officer of Radiance Technologies, leading the company's technology vision, product innovation, and AI strategy. His expertise spans Enterprise Transformation, Engineering Excellence, Product Strategy, and Delivery Maturity.
With over 25 years in technology and product organizations, Ajay has held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, Amazon, Expedia, Oracle, i-flex Solutions, and Genpact, including 10+ years leading global tech initiatives in the US. An IIM Calcutta alumnus, Shotokan Karate Black Belt, and spiritual seeker, Ajay enjoys farming and travel.
