Radiance SPARK 2026
Stronger Together, Brighter Future - Radiance SPARK 2026 was a two-day employee engagement event held on 3rd–4th July 2026 at Corinthians Resort, Pune. Employees from multiple locations came together for workshops, interactive team-building activities, networking sessions, and engaging games that strengthened collaboration and communication.
A key highlight was the Radiance Vision & Growth Conference, where Sulabh Shrivastava (CEO) and department leaders shared the company's journey, achievements, and future vision.
The event also celebrated excellence through the SPARK Awards 2026, recognizing Sachin Sharma (Customer Success Award), Piyush Sahani (Innovation Award), Logeshwaran Jeyakumar and Ankit Panwar (Excellence Awards), and Vani Surabhi (Leadership Award).
The event concluded with an AI-focused session and a fun-filled finale.
Quarterly Meet & Greet
At Radiance, we strengthen teams through meaningful connections and shared experiences. Our recent Quarterly Meet & Greet celebrated employees, achievements, and our collaborative culture.
The event included fun games, engaging activities, and time to unwind and bond beyond daily tasks. Each team member received a small appreciation treat. A key highlight of the event was our Star Performer Awards, where we proudly recognized, Akansha Dixit, Bavneet, and Ifrah Shakeel for their outstanding impact.

Virtual Get Together
In a world where physical distance often keeps us apart, fostering a deep sense of community and connection becomes increasingly vital. Fostering employee engagement and a collaborative workplace culture, Radiance hosted a vibrant virtual team gathering on August 20, 2025.
We came together for a virtual event featured singing, poetry, solo performances, and fun games like “Two Truths and a Lie” and “Guess the Movie and Tune,” with prizes for winners. We were honored by the presence of Nick Drogo from Echelon Supply and Services and recognized top performers for their valuable contributions.
The gathering strengthened team bonding, appreciation, and connection, reinforcing our commitment to an engaged and high-performing workforce.

Corporate Retreat
Our recent Corporate Retreat in Gulmarg was a memorable team gathering that truly elevated employee engagement and strengthened our workplace culture at Radiance. Surrounded by breathtaking views, the retreat blended rejuvenation with collaboration, innovation sessions, and meaningful team bonding activities.
The highlight was the President’s Club Award Ceremony, celebrating excellence and dedication across the organization. We proudly recognized Sakshi Shrivastava, Sunil Reddy Gangumalla, and Bisma Shah for their outstanding contributions. The retreat reinforced our belief that strong connections and appreciation drive performance.

A Healing Enrichment
On International Yoga Day (June 21, 2023), the team at Radiance came together for a meaningful team gathering focused on employee engagement, well-being, and collaborative workplace culture. We were honored to host yoga expert Nitin Kakde from The Art of Living, who led an insightful session on mindfulness, breathing techniques, and holistic health.
Through guided yoga practices, employees explored ways to enhance physical, mental, and emotional balance while strengthening team bonding. The session also highlighted resilience, gratitude, and mindful living, especially valuable during the COVID-19 pandemic. We recognized participation and appreciated the team’s enthusiasm for embracing wellness together.
This initiative reflects Radiance’s commitment to employee engagement, connection, and a supportive workplace culture that values health, appreciation, and shared growth.
Get Together
On April 19, 2022, our team came together at a popular resort in Indore for a refreshing team gathering focused on employee engagement and workplace culture.
Through fun games, friendly competitions, and open conversations, we strengthened bonds and celebrated teamwork beyond daily tasks. The evening dinner added warmth, encouraging meaningful discussions on gratitude, health, and work-life balance.
This post-Covid meets reinforced connection, appreciation, and resilience, reminding us that strong relationships drive collective growth. The event reflected Radiance’s commitment to a supportive, collaborative culture where engagement, recognition, and well-being remain central to our journey forward and future team gatherings ahead always.

Virtual Events Series
Radiance has consistently demonstrated its commitment to hosting engaging events that foster enthusiasm and passion among its employees, even during the unprecedented challenges posed by the pandemic.
In the event “Heurisco,” held on February 13, 2022, we aimed to refresh team energy and welcomed new members to the Radiance family. We also celebrated the first anniversary of our largest account with the virtual event “Celebrar” on April 25, 2021, creating a lively and creative atmosphere for the team.
In “Let’s Bingo” (May 17, 2022), the entire Radiance team and their families enjoyed a fun, prize-filled virtual activity that boosted bonding, friendly competition, and deeper connections across the team.
