Job Summary:

Radiance Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Lead – Sales & Distribution (SD) to lead functional activities across SAP S/4HANA On-Premise implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of SAP experience and a proven track record of delivering at least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA On-Premises implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business requirement gathering and requirement workshops with key stakeholders.
  • Analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.
  • Lead solution design, SAP configuration, and functional implementation activities. 
  • Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Prepare functional specifications and support development activities where required. 
  • Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
  • Support SIT/UAT, including defect analysis, resolution, and functional validation. 
  • Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live HyperCare activities. 
  • Provide functional leadership and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. 
  • Identify process improvements and recommend SAP best practices. 
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other SAP functional leads. 

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of SAP functional experience. 
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA – Sales & Distribution (SD).
  • Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA On-Premise implementation projects.
  • Strong experience across the complete implementation lifecycle. 
  • Strong understanding of SAP SD business processes and integration with other SAP modules. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to independently lead workshops and drive functional decisions. 

Additional Requirements:

  • US-based candidates only.
  • Must be available for an immediate start. 
  • Approximately 25% travel to client sites. 
  • Candidates must be comfortable working directly with client stakeholders and leading functional activities.

Preferred:

  • SAP S/4HANA On-Premises implementation experience in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience working in client-facing consulting roles. 
  • Strong knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.
