Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Shipping, Costing, Finance, and Supply Chain processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in NetSuite implementations, business process analysis, and system enhancements along with basic to intermediate technical knowledge of NetSuite customizations and integrations.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and providing functional leadership to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:

• Lead NetSuite implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Configure and manage NetSuite modules related to:

1. Inventory Management
2. Manufacturing
3. Shipping & Fulfillment
4. Costing
5. Procurement
6. Supply Chain Operations
7. Finance & Accounting

• Analyze business requirements and design scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Work closely with finance, operations, warehouse, and business teams to improve business processes.
• Manage end-to-end solution lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Support order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory management processes.
• Handle system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Prepare SOPs, process documents, user guides, and training materials.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide functional support to end users.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Work with technical teams on customizations and integrations.
• Hands-on experience or understanding of:

1. SuiteScript
2. Saved Searches
3. Workflows
4. SuiteFlow
5. Dashboards & Reports

• Experience with Celigo integrations or other third-party integration platforms is preferred.
• Support data migration, system optimization, and process automation activities.
• Coordinate with developers for custom solutions and enhancements.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in NetSuite ERP implementation and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NetSuite certification is an added advantage.
• Experience working in manufacturing or inventory-heavy environments.
• Knowledge of WMS, demand planning, procurement, and warehouse operations.
• Experience in multi-subsidiary and multi-location inventory setups.
• Exposure to Salesforce, Procurify, or other ERP-integrated platforms is preferred.

• Experience in inventory, manufacturing, and finance-related implementations preferred.
