Job Description: 

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Consultant with strong functional expertise in the Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module and hands-on experience with Redwood UI migration. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation activities, including configuration, enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and migration to the Redwood user interface.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation functional activities, configuration, and enhancements. 
• Support Redwood UI migration initiatives for Oracle Fusion applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation solutions.
• Configure and maintain Incentive Compensation plans, rules, components, and related setups.
• Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, and resolution of functional issues. 
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in Redwood migration, testing, and validation activities.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation and configuration details. 
• Support post-migration activities and ensure smooth adoption of the Redwood UI.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of requirements.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation. 
• Strong functional knowledge of the Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Redwood UI / Redwood migration.
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion application processes and configurations. 
• Experience in requirement analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines.
